Cracker Barrel Cheese, a Kraft Heinz brand known for its award-winning cheddar and expertly crafted cheese varieties, partnered with our team to modernize and optimize their digital shelf presence across major e-commerce platforms. As part of a broader omnichannel growth initiative, Cracker Barrel set out to update all SKU listings with refreshed, premium visuals that would reflect the brand’s rich heritage while appealing to today’s digital-first shopper.
Challenge
Cracker Barrel’s existing e-commerce content varied widely across 15+ SKUs and retailers, leading to inconsistencies in visual quality and a lack of brand cohesion. With increasing competition and evolving shopper expectations, the brand needed a full-scale content upgrade to elevate its online presence, increase conversions, and stay aligned with best-in-class retail standards. Cracker Barrel had asked us to update their e-commerce content across 15+ SKUs with 10 carousels for each SKU, showcasing the product in a variety of different ways, including infographic callouts, pairings, lifestyle shots, and more.
Solution
We executed a full-funnel content overhaul across all Cracker Barrel Cheese SKUs, focusing on high-impact visual and written assets to ensure every product listing told a cohesive brand story. We created over 150 assets for the brand to use on their e-commerce websites.
Product Photography
Captured premium, high-resolution images for all cheese formats—including blocks, slices, and snack packs—highlighting quality, texture, and packaging details.
Image Editing & Optimization
Applied consistent lighting, color correction, and retouching to meet both brand and retailer specs, ensuring a unified look across the digital shelf.
E-Commerce Copy Refresh in Images
Wrote product descriptions to emphasize flavor, usage occasions (snacking, pairing, cooking), and Cracker Barrel’s commitment to craftsmanship.
Platform Compliance
All assets were created with retailer-specific technical requirements in mind, including image dimensions, safe zones, file weights, and content hierarchy.
